The Challenge

Good project documentation and record keeping in Procore can make all the difference when it comes to defending against future legal challenges. But on a busy job site. its easy to let little administrative tasks like safety incident notes and photos, slip.

The Solution

Korte Construction activated Whistle Rewards for Procore across 9 projects to encourage better safety incident reporting and photo documentation. The goal was to encourage more consistent documentation across all projects and create a more complete record for each project.

A three part incentive model was created by Whistle Rewards that automates the sending of rewards. A reward for getting started, a smaller reward for completing the daily goal, and then larger rewards for streaks – completing a task several days in a row.

Recipients don’t even need to download an app, just use Procore as planned, and when a daily goal is reached, Whistle automates the delivery of the reward via text message or email.
