Whistle Forms: Compliance Made Easy

New Feature

Efficient data collection is essential for maintaining safety standards, ensuring compliance, and driving productivity. We’re excited to announce the launch of Whistle Forms, our new customizable data collection solution that transforms how businesses gather, track, and reward crucial information from the field.

Streamline Data Collection and Boost Compliance with Whistle Forms

Whistle Forms make compliance easy

Bridging the Paper-to-Digital Gap

For many organizations, especially in the construction industry, data collection still relies heavily on paper forms for safety observations, compliance checks, and quality assurance. While robust solutions like Procore offer integrated forms, we recognized that many teams need a more accessible alternative that connects directly to recognition and rewards.

“We built Whistle Forms because several clients wanted to move away from paper forms for safety and compliance documentation, and wanted to reward those behaviors,” says Drew Carter, CEO of Whistle Rewards. “Before we can incentivize positive behaviors, we need to make those behaviors easy to perform. Whistle Forms bridges that gap while making the process incredibly easy for people in the field.  No app to download, just click on a link or scan a QR code. And, the collected data is infinitely more valuable because it is digitally accessible “

Key Features That Drive Adoption

Whistle Forms simplifies data collection with features designed for real-world application:

Easy Access via QR Codes: Each form automatically generates a unique QR code that can be posted at job sites, enabling quick access without downloading apps or remembering credentials.

Easy to Use: Making tools easy increases their use.  When no app is required to download there is less friction to adoption and continued use.

Comprehensive Data Collection: Whistle Forms capture essential information including:

  • User information
  • Location data (when available)
  • Dynamic nested dropdowns for categorization
  • Open text responses
  • Photo/image uploads

“The flexibility of our Forms feature allows it to adapt to virtually any data collection need, from safety observations to quality control checks,” notes Ben Valenti, Head of Engineering. “The system’s simplicity means no training is required, driving immediate adoption and compliance.”

Turning Data into Recognition

What truly sets Whistle Forms apart is its seamless integration with our recognition and rewards platform:

  • Submission Dashboard: Administrators can view all form submissions in a centralized dashboard
  • On-the-Spot Recognition: Identify and reward exceptional submissions directly from the dashboard
  • Data-Driven Insights: Generate reports based on collected information to identify trends and improvement opportunities

Real-World Applications

Whistle Forms is already transforming workflows in key industries:

Construction:

  • Safety observation reports
  • Site inspection checklists
  • Quality assurance documentation
  • Toolbox talk participation tracking
  • Daily log completion verification

Sales Channel Incentives:

  • Dealer promotion participation tracking
  • Partner certification documentation
  • Sales representative territory visit verification
  • Product placement compliance validation
  • Rebate and incentive program qualification

Future Enhancements

While the current release allows for manual reward selection, we’re already developing automated incentive rules based on form submissions. This will further enable use cases like sales channel incentives, where rewards are automatically distributed based on specific criteria in submitted forms.

Whistle has also developed AI tools that can score collected information for quality and similar capabilities will be added to Forms in the near future.

“Our vision is to create a complete loop between data collection, analysis, and recognition,” says Chris Dornfeld, President of Whistle Rewards. “We can both reward for the quantity of activity and the quality. Instead of compliance related activities being a burden, they become something valuable to both the team member and the company.”
